The property is extremely convenient for anyone needing to travel into Manhattan, Hoboken, or anywhere on the NJ Transit system. During normal business hours, there is a bridge connecting the hotel directly to NJ Penn Station, but even if that's not open, you can walk right outside the hotel entrance and cross the street (under an overhang, so no worries about rain or snow), and you will be in Penn Station. The hotel was also decorated nicely for the holidays when I was there in early December, and there is an on-site restaurant/bar that always looked inviting, but I didn't wind up eating there.

The room was clean and smelled so fresh. The beds were extremely comfortable. We ran out of towels, called down to the front desk and had fresh towels in minutes. The staff was really nice and helpful. Location was perfect. We were in town for the Ateez concert at the Prudential Center which was a minutes walk from the hotel. There is an enclosed walkthrough in the building that puts you right at the venue! There is construction but heard nothing. Once the construction is finished it is going to be awesome! We would definately stay there again!

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting New York, because we didn't want to drive into the city. The room was big and clean with very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with great water pressure. I loved the security in the building with having to scan your hotel card at every access point. The access to Penn Station is so convenient, and we were able to take the PATH train to NYC. There is a restaurant in the lobby that had limited menu and the food wasn't the greatest.

The evening Lady who checked us in, picked out a beautiful handicapped accommodation for us, without me asking for one ( I am in a wheel chair). I stopped back and specifically thanked her. A handyman stopped what he was doing to help my husband with the suitcase down a long hall. Someone also stopped what he was doing to show us where the handicapped elevator was. Everyone was SO accommodating and friendly.

Location, since we arrived to the area by Amtrak train and utilized PATH trains to/from Manhattan each of the two days we spent in Manhattan. Friendly, engaged and helpful staff at front desk. And, our room was very comfortable; we had stayed at this hotel on a couple of previous occasions and returned because of our positive experiences then. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
